Compares two instances of NullableSingle for equivalence.
A NullableBoolean that is NullableBoolean.True if the two instances are equivalent or NullableBoolean.False if the two instances are not equivalent. If either instance of NullableSingle is Null, the NullableBoolean.Value of the NullableBoolean will be NullableBoolean.Null.
This operator follows IEEE 754 specifications: if either operand is Single.NaN the result is false; negative and positive zero are considered equal; a Single.NegativeInfinity is considered equal to another Single.NegativeInfinity; a Single.PositiveInfinity is considered equal to another Single.PositiveInfinity.
