A NullableBoolean that is NullableBoolean.False if the two instances are equivalent or NullableBoolean.True if the two instances are not equivalent. If either instance of NullableInt64 is Null, the NullableBoolean.Value of the NullableBoolean will be NullableBoolean.Null.
