ReferenceQueryField.DataValueField Property

Gets or sets the field of the data source that provides the value of each list item.

Property Value

A string that specifies the field of the data source that provides the value of each list item. The default is String.Empty .

Remarks

Please note that the value of this property is ignored by default. This property is only applied if the field is explicitly bound to an external data source with the ListDataSourceID property.
